Cloverline Blackjack Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Cloverline Blackjack, the Android free-play blackjack game published by Nakshatra AI LLC (package name com.nakshatra.cloverlineblackjack). It explains what the game stores on your device and how optional local reminders and the Play rating sheet work.

It does not cover the Google Play Store or other websites you open from the game. It does not cover Cloverline Poker, Cue Orbit, Velvet Carrom, or any other Nakshatra AI app.

3. Free-play chips and what the game is not

Cloverline Blackjack uses virtual chips for free play only. Those chips have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes of monetary value, and are not a real-money gambling product.

This version does not process payments, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not connect you to other players over the internet. You play one seat against the dealer on your device.

4. Information stored on your device

Cloverline Blackjack has no accounts. The details below are saved in the game’s files on your phone or tablet. We do not receive a copy of this local save data.

• Virtual chip balance and the time of the last free-chip grant.
• Local progression such as gems, win and loss totals, and special-win marks used by the game.
• Your display name and chosen avatar from the game’s built-in set.
• Settings such as language and sound.
• Whether you have finished onboarding and when return reminders were last armed on this device.

5. What leaves the device

This version does not send gameplay, chip balances, display names, or hand history to Nakshatra AI. There is no Nakshatra AI account server and no analytics SDK in the game.

If you choose to rate the game, the Google Play in-app review library may contact Google to show the rating sheet or open the Play Store listing. That step is handled by Google under its own terms. We do not receive your Google account details.

6. Local notifications

If you allow notifications, Cloverline Blackjack can schedule a device-local reminder when a free-chip bonus is ready. That alarm is stored on your device by the Android system. There is no Nakshatra AI push server.

On Android 13 and later, the game asks for notification permission only after onboarding. If you deny permission, reminders are not scheduled. You can change notification access later in Android settings.

7. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create an account or sign you in.
• It does not show advertising and has no in-app purchases or payments.
• It does not offer network or online multiplayer.
• It does not give virtual chips cash value or allow cash-out.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/cloverline-blackjack/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from the game. The website’s terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

9. Children

Cloverline Blackjack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat, no accounts, and no way to contact other players.

10. Your choices

You can change your display name, avatar, and sound settings in the game at any time. Clearing the game’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases everything it stored on that device.

You can turn off notifications for the game in Android settings.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

11. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall it. We do not keep a server copy of your local save file.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how Cloverline Blackjack handles information, we will update this page and the date above. If a later version adds ads, accounts, payments, analytics, or online multiplayer, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
