Cloverline Poker Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Cloverline Poker, the free-play Texas Hold'em game published by Nakshatra AI LLC for Android (package name com.nakshatra.cloverlinepoker) and for iPhone and iPad (bundle ID com.nakshatra.cloverlinepoker). It explains what the game stores on your device, what product analytics it sends, and how optional local reminders work. Where the two versions differ, this policy says so.

It does not cover the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or other websites you open from the game. It does not cover Cue Orbit, Velvet Carrom, or any other Nakshatra AI app.

2. Who we are

3. Free-play chips and what the game is not

Cloverline Poker uses virtual chips for free play only. Those chips have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes of monetary value, and are not a real-money gambling product.

This version does not process payments, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not connect you to network poker or other players over the internet. Opponents at the table are on-device.

4. Information stored on your device

Cloverline Poker has no accounts. The details below are saved in the game’s files on your phone or tablet. We do not receive a copy of this local save data.

• Virtual chip balance and free-play grant counters (for example welcome chips, daily starter gifts, and lucky-bonus timing).
• Local progression such as league points, gems, win streaks, hand win and loss totals, and special-hand tallies used by the game.
• Your display name and chosen avatar from the game’s built-in set.
• Settings such as language, sound, result sounds, and music.
• Whether you have finished onboarding, answered the in-game rating question, and when return reminders were last armed on this device.

4a. iCloud backup on iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad, the game copies the save data listed above to your own iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, so your chips and progress come back if you delete and reinstall the game or play on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.

This copy is stored and synced by Apple under your iCloud settings. Nakshatra AI does not receive or have access to it. To stop the backup, turn off iCloud for Cloverline Poker in iOS Settings; to delete the copy, remove the game’s data from iCloud storage in iOS Settings.

5. Product analytics

The public Android release sends product analytics to Google Firebase Analytics so we can see how free-play grants, reminders, and prompts are used and where the game can be improved. The iPhone and iPad version sends those same events as iOS analytics, also through Google Firebase Analytics.

The events describe app use in broad terms: which chip grant was claimed or blocked and why (for example cooldown or daily cap), coarse wait ranges, whether a return reminder was scheduled, suppressed, delivered, opened, or cancelled, notification permission state, gem-intro and rating-prompt actions, and similar product counters. They do not include your hole cards, community cards, chip balances, display name, or anything you type.

Firebase also receives an app-instance identifier. On Android, the Firebase SDK may also access the Android advertising identifier. The iPhone and iPad version uses Firebase Analytics without advertising-identifier support: it does not access the IDFA and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. These identifiers are used to count usage. The game does not show ads, and these identifiers are not sold or shared with advertising partners.

The analytics connection uses HTTPS. Google processes this data as our service provider.

6. Local notifications

Local reminders are available in the Android version only; the iPhone and iPad version does not schedule notifications.

On Android, if you allow notifications, Cloverline Poker can schedule device-local reminders (for example when a free-play bonus is ready or to invite you back to the table). Those alarms are stored on your device by the Android system. There is no Nakshatra AI push server.

On Android 13 and later, the game asks for notification permission only after onboarding. If you deny permission, reminders are not scheduled. You can change notification access later in Android settings.

7. Rating the game

From time to time the game may ask whether you are enjoying it. On Android, choosing to rate opens the Google Play Store, where your review is handled by Google under its own terms. On iPhone and iPad, the game may show Apple's standard rating prompt, handled by Apple under its own terms. We do not receive your Google or Apple account details.

8. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create an account or sign you in.
• It does not show advertising and has no in-app purchases or payments.
• It does not offer network or online multiplayer poker.
• It does not give virtual chips cash value or allow cash-out.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. This webpage

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/cloverline-poker/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from the product analytics in the game, described above. The website’s terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

10. Children

Cloverline Poker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat, no accounts, and no way to contact other players.

11. Your choices

You can change your display name, avatar, and sound settings in the game at any time. Clearing the game’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases everything it stored on that device. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the game erases its data on that device, while the iCloud backup described above stays in your iCloud account until you remove it in iOS Settings.

On Android, you can reset the advertising identifier, or delete it, in your Android Google settings, and you can turn off notifications for the game in Android settings.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

12. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall it. We do not keep a server copy of your save file. On iPhone and iPad, the iCloud copy is kept by Apple in your iCloud account.

Analytics events are kept by Google under Firebase Analytics retention. Clearing the game’s storage does not delete events already sent.

13. International processing

Product analytics are processed by Google, which may store that data outside your country. Email you send us may be processed by our email provider.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change how Cloverline Poker handles information, we will update this page and the date above. If a later version adds ads, accounts, payments, or online multiplayer, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
