Drauvell: Checkers Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Drauvell: Checkers, the Android game published by Nakshatra AI LLC (package name com.nakshatra.drauvell). It explains what the game stores on your device and what product analytics the public release sends.

It does not cover the Google Play Store or other websites you open from the game.

2. Who we are

3. Information stored on your device

Drauvell: Checkers has no accounts. The details below are saved in the game’s files on your phone or tablet. We do not receive a copy.

• The display names you type for the two sides.
• Settings such as sound, music, haptics, reduced motion, legal-move markers, coordinates, board rotation, and text size.
• An unfinished match so you can resume it.
• Whether you have answered the in-game rating question, so the game does not ask too often.

4. Product analytics

The public Android release sends product analytics to Google Firebase Analytics so we can see how the game is used and where it fails. Debug and test builds do not send these events.

The events describe the app, not you: which screen was opened, whether you chose to play the computer, play on one device, continue a match, or open the rules, the match mode and difficulty, a broad result and ending reason, and broad ranges for match length and number of moves. They also record that a hint was used, that a match was resumed or rematched, that the rating screen was opened, that a setting changed, and a short health label if the game hits an internal problem.

Those events do not include the names you type, the board position, or the individual moves. A temporary match number used to avoid duplicate reports is removed before anything is sent.

The game does not use the Android advertising identifier. Firebase may still receive an app-instance identifier so Google can count usage. The game does not show ads, and this information is not sold or shared with advertising partners.

The analytics connection uses HTTPS. Google processes this data as our service provider.

5. Rating and sharing

From time to time the game may ask whether you are enjoying it. Choosing to rate opens the Google Play Store, where your review is handled by Google under its own terms. We do not receive your Google account details.

Choosing to share opens your device’s share sheet with a link to the Play listing, or copies that link if sharing is unavailable. We do not receive the message or the person you send it to.

6. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create an account or sign you in.
• It does not show advertising and has no in-app purchases.
• It does not offer online multiplayer.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. This webpage

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/drauvell/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from the product analytics in the game, described above. The website’s terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

8. Children

Drauvell: Checkers is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat and no accounts.

9. Your choices

You can change the display names in the game at any time. Clearing the game’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases everything it stored on that device.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

10. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall it. We do not keep a server copy.

Analytics events are kept by Google under Firebase Analytics retention. Clearing the game’s storage does not delete events already sent.

11. International processing

Product analytics are processed by Google, which may store that data outside your country.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how Drauvell: Checkers handles information, we will update this page and the date above. If a later version adds ads, accounts, or online play, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
