Ember Dragon Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Ember Dragon, the Android game published by Nakshatra AI LLC (package name com.nakshatra.emberdragon). It explains what the game stores on your device, what Google AdMob, Firebase, and Android backup receive, and what this version does not do.

It does not cover the Google Play Store or other websites you open from the game. It does not cover Nakshatra Slots or any other Nakshatra AI app.

2. Who we are

Nakshatra AI LLC is a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Our Florida company registration number is L26000434596.

3. Free-play credits

Ember Dragon uses fictional credits for entertainment. Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. The game does not offer real-money wagering, cash-out, or in-app purchases.

4. Information stored on your device

Ember Dragon has no Nakshatra AI account. The details below are saved in the app's private storage so play can continue on the same device. We do not receive a copy of this save.

• Fictional credit balance, total bet, last win, and lifetime fictional winnings.
• An unfinished Fire Vault or remaining free spins, including the locked board, so a feature can resume.
• Sound and turbo preferences.

5. Android backup

When Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Google stores a private copy of that save so it can return after you reinstall the app or set up another phone. Google operates that copy. Nakshatra AI does not receive it. You can turn Android backup off in system settings.

Clearing the app's storage deletes the save on that phone. On Android 10 and later, uninstall can offer to keep the app's data on the phone.

6. Advertising

The Android game shows ads through Google AdMob. A full-screen interstitial can appear about every 25 spins. If you choose to watch a rewarded video, the game grants fictional credits. Banner ads are off. The spin interval, the reward amount, and whether ads are on can be changed through Firebase Remote Config, described below.

Ad requests are marked non-personalized. Google AdMob still receives the Android advertising identifier, IP address, and device information to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in those ads. Where Google requires a choice, the game shows Google's consent form before ads load. Ads are requested at a mature content rating.

The game needs internet access and network-state access to load ads and the remote settings below. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.

7. Firebase

The Android app includes Google Firebase. Firebase Analytics collects automatic app events, such as that the app was opened and how long a session lasted, together with an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, language, and the Android advertising identifier. Game code can describe spins, bets, and credit grants, but this Android build does not include the plugin that would send those custom events. They are not transmitted.

Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports, including a stack trace, device model, operating system, and a short label for the ad configuration. It does not receive your save file.

Firebase Remote Config downloads game settings, including whether ads are on, how often an interstitial can appear, the fictional credit amount for a rewarded ad, jackpot settings, and an optional language override. That download does not include your save file.

These connections use HTTPS. Google processes this data as our service provider. We do not sell personal information.

8. Google Play Games

The Android build includes Google Play Games Services code. Sign-in and leaderboards stay off until a Play Games project ID is configured. This version does not configure that ID, so the game does not sign you into Play Games and does not submit scores.

If a later version turns leaderboards on, this policy will be updated before that release. A leaderboard would send fictional scores — highest credit balance, largest GRAND win, and lifetime fictional winnings — to Google with your Play Games profile. Nakshatra AI would not receive your Google account name or email.

9. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create a Nakshatra AI account or ask you to sign in.
• It does not offer in-app purchases, cash-out, or real-money wagering.
• It does not offer online multiplayer or chat.
• It does not schedule notifications.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information.

10. This webpage

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/ember-dragon/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game. The same address is linked from Rules inside the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from Firebase in the game, described above. The website's terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

11. Children

Ember Dragon is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat and no accounts.

12. Your choices

You can turn sound off in the game. Clearing the game's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases the save on that device. A Google backup copy remains until Android backup no longer keeps it.

You can reset or delete the Android advertising identifier in your device's Google settings, and you can limit ad personalization in those settings. Where Google shows a consent form, you can use the choices on that form.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

13. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it. We do not keep a server copy of your save file.

Analytics events, crash reports, remote-config requests, and ad data are kept by Google under Firebase and AdMob retention. Clearing the game's storage does not delete data already sent.

14. International processing

Ads, analytics, crash reports, and remote configuration are processed by Google, which may store that data outside your country. Email you send us may be processed by our email provider.

15. Changes to this policy

If Ember Dragon's data practices change, this page and the date above will be updated before a release that changes those practices. That includes turning on Play Games leaderboards, sending custom gameplay analytics, adding accounts, or adding purchases.
