Email support@nakshatra-ai.com with the app version, your Mac/receiver models and a description of the issue. Never include pairing codes or sensitive screen contents.
Connect securely
Open Web in the Mac app and expand First connection. Share the CA certificate or iPhone/iPad profile with your receiver, compare its SHA-256 fingerprint to the Mac, then explicitly trust it. On iPhone/iPad install the profile and enable it under Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings. On Android use Settings → Security → Encryption & credentials → Install a certificate → CA certificate. Use Keychain Access for SSL trust on a Mac. Then open the HTTPS QR/link or pair in the native receiver. Do not bypass certificate errors or trust a certificate whose fingerprint differs.
Start Sharing is disabled
In System Settings → Privacy & Security, grant Screen Recording and Device Control and Data Access (Accessibility on older macOS) to the exact Nakshatra Mirror app shown in its Permissions card. Restart if macOS asks. The app will not enable network streaming if encrypted HTTPS cannot start.
Picture, sound and controls
Use the same trusted Wi-Fi and keep the Mac awake. Turn Take control on in the receiver; some sandboxed Mac builds do not support window-management shortcuts. Try 1080p at 30 fps and Live picture delay for a slow connection. Choose Auto/JPEG if a hardware codec fails. Tap Sound to start browser audio; audio stays live even with delayed video. If the Mac address changes and its certificate no longer matches, restart the Mac host to refresh its address certificate.
Get the companion apps
The intended universal App Store purchase includes the released Mac, iPhone and iPad versions, downloaded separately with the same Apple Account. The listing is currently being prepared. The Android APK is included in the Mac app; use its Android QR instructions and keep Play Protect enabled. A standalone Mac package does not create App Store ownership.
