Marblumi Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Marblumi, the Android game published by Nakshatra AI LLC (package name com.nakshatra.prismsort). It explains what the game stores on your device, what Google AdMob and Firebase receive, and what this version does not do.

It does not cover the Google Play Store or other websites you open from the game. It does not cover Ember Dragon, Nakshatra Slots, or any other Nakshatra AI app.

2. Who we are

3. Information stored on your device

Marblumi has no Nakshatra AI account. The details below are saved in the app's private storage so play can continue on the same device. We do not receive a copy of this save.

• Campaign progress, badges, and best move counts.
• Free-play results and the last difficulty you chose.
• Sound, music, volume, and reduced-motion preferences.
• A count of how many ads were shown today, used only to cap ads on that device.

4. Advertising

This release does not request ads. Ads stay off until Firebase Remote Config turns them on. No app update is required for that change. When they are on, a banner can appear on the main menu and a full-screen interstitial can appear between boards, no more often than the remote settings allow. The unused rewarded placement stays off.

Ad requests are marked non-personalized. Google AdMob still receives the Android advertising identifier, IP address, and device information to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in those ads. Where Google requires a choice, the game shows Google's consent form before ads load. Ads are requested at a G content rating. The game is not marked child-directed unless that setting is turned on remotely.

The game needs internet access to load ads and the remote settings below. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.

5. Firebase

The Android app includes Google Firebase. Firebase Analytics collects automatic app events, such as that the app was opened and how long a session lasted, together with an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, language, and the Android advertising identifier. It also receives custom gameplay events: a campaign level starting, being completed, or running out of time (level number, world, move count, elapsed seconds, a gold, silver, or bronze badge, and whether the countdown was on); the highest unlocked level increasing; the campaign being finished; free play starting or a free-play board being solved (easy, medium, or hard, plus the campaign level reached); hint, undo, or the extra tube being used; the tutorial being finished; Play being tapped on the home screen; and a banner or full-screen interstitial being shown, clicked, or dismissed. Ad events are labeled by placement, either the home banner or between boards. A click also sends one ad-click event for that placement. These custom events do not include your name, a copy of the save file, an advertising identifier added by the game, or an ad unit id. Rewarded ads are not used. If the device is offline, these events are not sent.

Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports, including a stack trace, device model, and operating system. It does not receive your save file.

Firebase Remote Config downloads game settings, including whether ads are on, how often an interstitial can appear, timer and scoring values, and an optional language override. That download does not include your save file.

These connections use HTTPS. Google processes this data as our service provider. We do not sell personal information.

6. Google Play Games

The Android build includes Google Play Games Services code. Sign-in and leaderboards stay off. This version does not sign you into Play Games and does not submit scores.

If a later version turns leaderboards on, this policy will be updated before that release.

7. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create a Nakshatra AI account or ask you to sign in.
• It does not offer in-app purchases.
• It does not offer online multiplayer or chat.
• It does not schedule notifications.
• It does not back the save up to your Google account. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes the save on that device.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information.

8. This webpage

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/marblumi/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from Firebase in the game, described above. The website's terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

9. Children

Marblumi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat and no accounts. Ads, when turned on, are requested at a G rating.

10. Your choices

You can turn sound off in the game. Clearing the game's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases the save on that device.

You can reset or delete the Android advertising identifier in your device's Google settings, and you can limit ad personalization in those settings. Where Google shows a consent form, you can use the choices on that form.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

11. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it. We do not keep a server copy of your save file.

Analytics events, crash reports, remote-config requests, and ad data are kept by Google under Firebase and AdMob retention. Clearing the game's storage does not delete data already sent.

12. International processing

Ads, analytics, crash reports, and remote configuration are processed by Google, which may store that data outside your country. Email you send us may be processed by our email provider.

13. Changes to this policy

If Marblumi's data practices change, this page and the date above will be updated before a release that changes those practices. That includes turning ads on, turning on Play Games leaderboards, adding accounts, or adding purchases.
