About this app
Cue Orbit is classic 8-ball on one phone. Line up the shot, play the computer, or pass the phone to the person next to you. The table does not need an account or a live connection.
If a friend has the game on the same Wi-Fi, you can play them there. That match stays on the local network. It is not an online pool hall.
Why you will keep it
-
Offline table
Solo games and pass-and-play run on the phone. You can play with the network off.
-
No account
No sign-up, no profile, and no cloud save you have to log into.
-
Someone beside you
Pass the phone and take turns on one screen.
-
A friend on the same Wi-Fi
Two phones on one network. No internet lobby and no account to link.
Permissions
These are the permissions this app uses, and why each one is there.
-
Nearby Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi state and multicast let two phones on the same network find the match. Solo play does not use that.
-
Internet and network state
Declared for connectivity checks. An offline game against the computer does not need them.
-
Vibration
Haptic feedback on a shot.
