Cue Orbit Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Cue Orbit, the Android 8-ball pool game published by Nakshatra AI LLC (package name com.nakshatra.cueorbit). It explains what the game stores on your device, what product analytics it sends, and what is shared when you play a friend on the same Wi-Fi network.

It does not cover the Google Play Store or other websites you open from the game. It does not cover Velvet Carrom or any other Nakshatra AI app.

2. Who we are

Nakshatra AI LLC is a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Our Florida company registration number is L26000434596.

Privacy questions about Cue Orbit: sales@nakshatra-ai.com.

3. Information stored on your device

Cue Orbit has no accounts. The details below are saved in the game’s files on your phone or tablet. We do not receive a copy.

• Player profiles: the display name you type and the avatar you pick from the game’s built-in set.
• Settings such as sound, vibration, and whether a Wi-Fi match is enabled.
• An unfinished match so you can resume it.
• Whether you have answered the in-game rating question, and when it was last shown, so the game does not ask too often.

4. What leaves the device

This version of Cue Orbit does not send analytics, identifiers, or gameplay data to Nakshatra AI or to Google Firebase. The Android advertising identifier is not requested and is not collected.

Profile names, avatars, settings, and match progress stay in the game’s files on your phone or tablet.

5. Playing a friend on Wi-Fi

When you choose to host or join a game with a friend on the same Wi-Fi network, the two phones talk to each other directly on that local network. Your profile name, your avatar choice, and the shots of the match are sent to the other phone. Nothing in a Wi-Fi match is sent to a Nakshatra AI server.

The game asks for Wi-Fi and network state access so it can find a nearby table on that network. It does not use your location.

6. Rating the game

From time to time the game may ask whether you are enjoying it, and you can also rate Cue Orbit from the game. Choosing to rate opens the Google Play Store, where your review is handled by Google under its own terms. We do not receive your Google account details.

7. What this version of the game does not do

• It does not create an account or sign you in.
• It does not show advertising and has no in-app purchases.
• It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
• It does not sell personal information, and it does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. This webpage

This policy is published at https://nakshatra-ai.com/cue-orbit/privacy/ so you can open it in a browser without installing the game.

The nakshatra-ai.com website, including this page, is separate from the game. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to this site. That measurement is separate from the product analytics in the game, described above. The website’s terms are at https://nakshatra-ai.com/terms/.

9. Children

Cue Orbit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat, no accounts, and no way to contact other players outside a local Wi-Fi match.

10. Your choices

You can change profile names and avatars in the game at any time. Clearing the game’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the game, erases everything it stored on that device.

If you email us, we use that message to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that correspondence.

11. How long information is kept

Information on the device stays until you clear the game’s storage or uninstall it. This version keeps no server copy and sends no analytics events.

12. International processing

This version of the game does not send personal information off the device, so the game itself does not transfer that information internationally. Email you send us may be processed by our email provider.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how Cue Orbit handles information, we will update this page and the date above. If a later version adds ads, accounts, or internet multiplayer, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
